THE MALIGCONG MOUSE

A pesky four legged creature hated by humans because of its destructive nature is called mouse.The most common term used by Igorots to identify these pesky creatures is otot. In maligcong terms otot[mouse] is given a particular name depending on peculiarities they exhibit. So that a very small one is modlay,a cute little mouse is inkhi, a small size mouse with long snout is called a cantive, they like to cut and destroy clothings. A big mouse is called monatan, while a big destructive one can be called fangser also.
